Tatiana Levha is a chef who trained under Pascal Barbot at l’Astrance and Alain Passard at l’Arpège before teaming up with her sister Katia earlier this year to open Le Servan, a restaurant in Paris’ 11th Arrondissement. While she focuses on ridiculously tasty bistro food, her sister runs the front of the houses with a rocking natural wine list. Utterly impressed with this gem of a restaurant. par crazydervish
